That's exactly what your consultation is for. Victor will assess your anatomy, understand your goals, and make an honest recommendation. You are never obligated to proceed after a consultation.

Consultations typically take 20 to 30 minutes. Treatment time varies by service. Neuromodulator appointments are generally 30 to 45 minutes for a first visit including consultation. Filler and skin treatment appointments may take longer depending on the areas being treated.

It depends on the treatment. Neuromodulators involve no meaningful downtime for most clients. Filler can cause swelling and bruising for several days following treatment. Microneedling and chemical peels involve skin sensitivity and visible recovery for several days. Victor will walk you through exactly what to expect at your appointment.

In many cases, yes. Neuromodulators and filler are commonly performed together. Some combinations require separate appointments for safety or efficacy reasons. This is assessed during consultation.

Payment details are confirmed at booking. Major credit and debit cards are accepted. Payment is collected at the time of your appointment.

We ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a $50 cancellation fee. We understand that circumstances arise and handle these situations on a case by case basis.

Availability varies. Booking one to two weeks in advance is recommended, particularly for first appointments during our launch period.
